Ms. Lamelas, a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, is dedicated to providing the most comprehensive care for her clients. In addition to incorporating evidence-based practices into her approach, she utilizes therapeutic communication to foster openness, empathy, trust, and warmth. Rather than imposing her own perspective, she collaborates with each individual to develop a holistic treatment plan in a supportive, non-judgmental, and inclusive environment. Ms. Lamelas is committed to helping clients achieve symptom relief and overall well-being, working alongside them to reach their personal mental health goals.
Ms. Lamelas earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Florida International University and is currently pursuing her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree. She specializes in the treatment of ADHD, anxiety disorders, child and adolescent disorders, mood disorders, personality disorders, sleep disorders, thought disorders, and trauma-related conditions.
