Ana is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a strong commitment to understanding the complexities of the human experience. She recognizes that each individual’s mental health journey is shaped by their unique life story and approaches care through a compassionate, person-centered lens. With expertise in diagnosing and treating mental health conditions across the lifespan, Ana is dedicated to fostering personal growth and helping individuals lead meaningful lives.
Building upon her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Florida International University, Ana is currently pursuing a Doctor of Nursing degree. Her research focuses on the long-term effects of unresolved trauma stemming from adverse childhood experiences, with an emphasis on enhancing mental health outcomes in marginalized communities. Passionate about destigmatizing mental healthcare, Ana is committed to utilizing evidence-based practices to achieve optimal outcomes for her patients, ensuring each individual feels seen, heard, and understood as they navigate their path to healing and resilience.
